The result is a strange and rather disturbing change in my mentality towards guro. being only 18 years old, i ignored that warning and played the game. i remember the good old days when demonophobia first came out, and i saw the 21+ rating (apparently, someone said its rated 21+ in japan.not sure if thats true). Kinda makes me think of torture horror movies vs scare horror, I would always choose horror scare over just watching somebody dismembered and dissected. Do extremely well or be hacked to pieces, I guess it makes sense. High difficulty games like this are almost synonyms with guro, it seems.
I love me a difficult game, this looks like it has great graphics and I assume gameplay, which sucks because I dislike guro.
I didn't read a comment in here where I thought that anybody was seriously condemning people for liking this So srs. I don't think most people understand the jokes here, lols. If you want more information about the game, or want to see some examples of the death scenes (non-adult), then just follow these links. There are only 5 scenes in the entire game that are actually sexual in nature, and only 1 shows any genitals, but that is also, somewhat ironically, the most brutal of the 5. The only reason the game is marked as "adult 18+" is because in the final level, Sakuri's clothes mysteriously dissapear. Should you take the wrong one, you will be "rewarded" with one of the extremely brutal death scenes the game is known for. You play as Sakuri trying to find your way out of hell, but while the game does have checkpoints, there are always multiple paths, and only one of them ever works. Upon waking she found herself in a small grey room in hell, and this is where the game begins.
